About
I'm a product manager at Capital One. I work on the payments platform — the rails that move money between cards, accounts, and banks for more than 100 million customers.
The parts of product I care about most are the unglamorous ones: instrumentation that catches incidents before customers do, well-modeled data that operations teams can actually query, and the interfaces between teams where most outages secretly originate. My stack tends to involve Kafka, Snowflake, and a lot of conversations with engineers about edge cases.
Outside of work I build small AI tools for product managers. The projects on this site are how I stay close to the craft of shipping software, and how I test ideas about how AI changes the way PMs actually work day to day.
I'm most interested in roles at AI-first product companies where the bar for shipping is high and the gap between strategy and implementation is short. If that's you, I'd like to talk.
