I'm a product manager at Capital One, working on the payments platform that moves money for more than 100 million customers.
Day to day I'm close to Kafka topics, Snowflake models, and the operations teams that keep payments moving when something breaks. I care about the unglamorous parts of product: the instrumentation, the runbooks, the seams between teams.
I build side projects to stay close to the craft of shipping software, and to test ideas about how AI changes the way product managers actually work.
